"The Letter"

Just finished this morning.  Hope I haven't missed too many artifacts.  I see some, but to correct them it would require redoing the whole thing  ^^;  This picture goes with my fic excerpt, "Frodo's Letter to Sam." 

This is my first use of new Frodo 8.5, built on Beautiful Bends Victoria 4.2.  'Beautiful Bends' is a newer version of this wonderful but old model which has corrected some issues with the joints.  I've already built and used Beautiful Bends Sam (Michael 4) in "Whispering Cove."  

I want to do a closeup of Frodo; really get into his eyes and features and hopefully his thoughts, so my next project is re-skinning him in high definition.  He has to be more realistic for that kind of extreme closeup.  

NOTE:  I actually remembered to remove the right ring finger on one copy of this model before turning him loose on the world.  That's another first!  :D

Absolutely! (BTW, I love how you captured the missing finger and the stump in the pic on your journal :D )

Thank you so much! You must mean the journal 'masthead,' at the top of the page? I had to paint his finger out of that one by hand, I'd forgotten and left it turned on in the renderer ^^;

I know of at least one pic I've posted here in which he still has all ten fingers when he really shouldn't ^^;
